As part of EY’s CTO Office, the Lead Frontend Developer will lead a fullstack team dedicated to developing high-quality, scalable web applications. This senior role demands innovation in frontend engineering, incorporating best practices that enhance performance, accessibility, and user experience. Collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams is key to translating complex requirements into clean, refined solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of frontend developers onshore and offshore
• Establish frontend engineering standards and best practices
• Design and deploy high-performance React applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers for intuitive interfaces
• Maintain code quality through reviews and testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 4–6 years of frontend or full-stack experience with React
• Proficiency in Type Script, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with backend technologies for effective collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
