This 12-month role requires collaboration with business partners to define requirements and enhance existing applications. Successful candidates will have over 5 years of development experience in full stack roles and strong skills in Python and relational databases. Your work will primarily focus on supporting investment teams through building production-grade applications and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain in-house applications and APIs
• Build ETL pipelines and backend systems for production
• Collaborate closely with investment professionals for requirements
• Test and ensure reliability of developed software
• Support investment teams as a member of the engineering group
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software development, particularly web applications
• Proficiency in Python and relational databases
• Strong SQL querying and optimization skills
• Experience in cloud-native development and microservices
• Excellent communication skills and motivation to learn
