With over 7 years of experience in software and platform engineering, you'll define standards and improve engineering practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Center for Enablement engineering team
• Develop reusable engineering templates and practices
• Improve CI/CD workflows and analyze engineering metrics
• Define best practices for API architecture and integration
• Mentor engineers to promote standard adoption
Requirements:
• 7+ years of software engineering or architecture experience
• Strong skills in Python and JavaScript/Type Script
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with engineering productivity tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
