Key Responsibilities:
• Drive design and delivery of modernization efforts
• Lead and manage a team of FDEs for operational excellence
• Champion AI-assisted software development practices
• Diagnose technical bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Provide hands-on contributions to architecture and integration
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in Software Engineering with enterprise focus
• Strong full-stack development skills
• Expertise in AWS and Terraform for infrastructure management
• Ability to influence change within technical teams
• Proficiency in CI/CD and Dev Sec Ops principles
