Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Finastra Loan IQ.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide functional expertise in Finastra Loan IQ to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Document software specifications, design, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software development and loan management systems.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Solid functional knowledge of Finastra Loan IQ.
• Proficiency in software development languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with cloud technologies and deployment (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in developing APIs and integration with third party systems.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on financial applications.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a quick paced environment.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
