In this role, you will be responsible for developing core platform capabilities that support AI agent creation, orchestration, and operational excellence. You will build reusable abstractions and workflows in Python, developing infrastructure for agent execution and management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to technical architecture for continuous platform evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design core platform capabilities for AI agents

• Develop services for orchestration and state management

• Build frameworks in Python for agent workflows

• Implement systems for tool use and workflow coordination

• Maintain services deployed on Kubernetes for reliability

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience

• 8+ years in Python and production services

• 5+ years working with distributed systems and APIs

• Experience in building scalable and reliable systems

• Strong communication skills across engineering teams
