Join us in our mission to connect the world through games and to delight consumers with exhilarating social gaming experiences! Zynga is looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Product Manager who can own projects, drive results and directly impact business performance of large-scale games.
Responsibilities- Design Features: Author clear and comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide the development team.
- Be Data-Driven: Define, monitor, and analyze core metrics and KPIs. Use a hypothesis-driven approach to design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead a Cross-Functional Team: Collaborate daily with engineering, design, art, and data science to balance business objectives, player experience, and technical investment. Translate player feedback, community insights, and market analysis into actionable product requirements and creative feature ideas. Take full ownership of your features’ performance, consistently tracking results against defined expectations and communicating outcomes to the broader team.
- 3+ years of product management experience in gaming mobile apps.
- Robust background in A/B testing and SQL. A natural curiosity for data and the ability to use it to make informed, high-impact decisions.
- Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from small teams to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A team-first mentality, experience interpreting community feedback, and a passion for sharing insights that help other PMs grow.
- Passion for games and a genuine enthusiasm for crafting fun, compelling, and exciting user experiences.
The pay range for this position in Toronto at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,000 and $142,660 CAD per year. The total compensation may also include bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
