We are seeking a Strong Technical Lead with deep hands‑on expertise in AWS cloud services, Co‑Pilot prompt engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will lead technical design and implementation while remaining actively involved in hands‑on development. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to drive AI‑enabled, cloud‑native solutions in an enterprise environment.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding solution architecture, enforcing best practices, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performance systems. Experience integrating generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications using AWS and Co‑Pilot tools is essential.

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, IAM, Cloud Formation/Terraform)
• Practical expertise in Co‑Pilot prompt engineering and usage of AI‑assisted development tools in real‑world projects
• Solid experience working with LLMs (design, prompt optimization, integration via APIs, and responsible AI practices)

• Experience building or integrating Generative AI solutions in enterprise or BFSI environments
• Solid background in system design, microservices, and cloud‑native architectures
• Prior experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering best practices

We are seeking a highly skilled backend developer with strong experience in modern programming languages and frameworks, with primary expertise in Kotlin and exposure to Java, microservices, and cloud platforms.

• Proficiency in Kotlin, with additional experience in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Security) and JavaScript (Node.js)
• 5+ years of backend development experience
