Product-Focused Senior Software Engineer

Join our Product & Integrations team as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on enhancing integrations through customer-driven solutions. Your expertise will help shape our platform supported by extensive telematics data. In this critical role, you will design and extend our integration platform, ensuring high-quality APIs and scalability.

You'll work closely with customers to gather feedback, build features, and streamline their experiences with our technology stack. Additionally, you'll contribute to best practices and perform technical demonstrations for clients to solidify their understanding.

• Enhance integration framework for 250+ existing integrations
• Design and implement current customer-focused features
• Build intuitive APIs that enhance customer experience
• Create patterns for improved testing and observability
• Monitor system performance and optimize for scale

• At least 4 years in production systems development
• 2+ years with Node.js and Type Script expertise
• Experience on AWS or similar platforms
• Strong customer empathy with technical support experience
• Proficient debugging in distributed systems
