Responsibilities

Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications. Develop detailed programming specifications. Write and/or generate code. Compile data‑driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests. Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems arising during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.

• Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level.
• Ability to collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle.
• Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
• Experience in design, code, test, debug, and document applications.
• Experience with object or third‑generation language development tools.

• Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
• Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages.
• Experience with one or more communications protocols.
• Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Knowledge and experience with programming internet‑ready applications and rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
• Knowledge and understanding of information management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
• Experience with middleware and gateways.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts, including encoding, testing, and debugging.
• Ability to provide post‑implementation support and resolve any post‑implementation technical issues.
• Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project teams.
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards; ability to provide user and system documentation as required.

• Skills for Oracle software developer: impact assessments on Oracle E‑Business application customizations and extensions; strong conversion experience in Accounts Receivable and Collection modules.
• Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts, and Oracle Data Integrator.
• Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory modules of Oracle E‑Business.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E‑Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV, and FND.
• Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies, and OBIEE.
• Experience with Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) is a great asset.

• Agile methodologies, including Kanban/task boards and Scrum.
• React and related frameworks;
  Type Script;
  React‑JS for front‑end development.
• RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
• Back‑end development in .NET (including .NET Core) or Java Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Building and testing mobile apps (progressive web apps, React Native, Flutter).
• Front‑end technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and CSS frameworks.
• Dev Ops: pipelines, task boards, and version control.
• Experience with iSaaS systems integration (Azure AD B2C, Okta Authentication).

• Robust communication skills to prepare solution documentation, user manuals, reports, reviews, and assessments.
