Senior Salesforce Developer – Toronto

As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud to support key business operations and customer experiences.

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Design scalable solutions across Sales, Experience, and Revenue Cloud.
• Review code, solution designs, and integration strategies across development teams.
• Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and Mule Soft.
• Translate business requirements into secure, high‑performance technical solutions.
• Contribute to data model design, schema optimization, and platform architecture.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, QA, and UAT support.
• Maintain code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize code and integrations for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Strong experience in Salesforce data model design and schema optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, Shield).
• Experience with Flows, Apex triggers, and automation strategies.
• Experience working with Mule Soft for integrations.
• Experience delivering scalable, secure, production‑grade Salesforce solutions.
• Experience leading delivery of large Salesforce implementations with integrations.

• Experience with Revenue Cloud and CPQ.
• Experience designing enterprise‑level Salesforce architectures.
• Exposure to CI/CD and Dev Ops practices within Salesforce environments.

Reports to the Senior Manager, Software Development and Architecture.

Base salary range: $100,000 – $142,000, plus variable and discretionary incentives.
