Position: Toronto IT Developer Level 3 Role

This role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requires transforming ideas into robust applications that align with business goals. You will work alongside Business Analysts and Product Owners, ensuring project deliverables align with organizational objectives. A minimum of 5 years' experience in software development is essential, alongside strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and enhance development standards

• Lead collaborative code reviews and technical documentation

• Identify and rectify design flaws and bugs

• Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to milestones

• Share knowledge and drive learning in the team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Knowledge of C#, PHP, Vue JS, and more

• Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies

• Strong ability to maintain high-quality standards

• Initiative in going beyond assigned responsibilities
