Quadient Inspire Tech Lead/Senior Developer

We are seeking highly experienced Quadient Inspire Tech Leads and Senior Developers with strong expertise in CCM (Customer Communication Management) solutions and migration projects, specifically migrations from Open Text/Legacy platforms to Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate should possess deep hands‑on development experience along with leadership capabilities in designing, developing, validating, and optimizing communication templates and workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, validate, and maintain communication templates and forms using Quadient Inspire Designer
- Lead migration initiatives from Open Text and legacy CCM platforms to Quadient Inspire
- Work extensively with Interactive and Scalar components to deliver scalable communication solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize and maintain existing Quadient workflows, templates, and output generation processes
- Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, regulatory, and communication standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to template generation, formatting, and output delivery
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers and team members
- Work closely with QA and business teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables
- Support deployment activities and production issue resolution
- 12+ years of experience in CCM technologies
- Strong hands‑on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer
- Proven expertise in migration projects from Open Text/legacy platforms
- Strong development background in template and form design
- Experience with Interactive and Scalar components
- Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Prior experience in leading development teams and technical initiatives
- Exposure to banking, insurance, or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of document composition and customer communication workflows
