Senior Frontend Engineer at Forma

Shape the future of frontend systems at Forma as a Senior Frontend Engineer. This role emphasizes scalability, design systems, and complex data visualization in a collaborative, agile environment.

Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you’ll lead architectural evolution and establish best practices for Forma’s customer-facing and internal applications. Your responsibilities include solving complex challenges across teams and ensuring the frontend is user-friendly and reliable. This position requires deep experience in production web applications with expertise in React, Type Script, and JavaScript as key technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and evolution of frontend systems

• Drive large, cross-cutting frontend initiatives across teams

• Translate complex workflows into scalable UI systems

• Define and standardize reusable frontend patterns

• Mentor engineers to raise development quality

Requirements:

• Experience with React, Type Script, and Java Script

• Proven ability in designing frontend architectures

• Strong state management and performance optimization skills

• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing product direction

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional alignment
