You will be integral to developing a state-of-the-art ML platform that supports diverse use cases in drug discovery. This senior role requires expertise in data preparation, model deployment, and system design. Moreover, you will partner with teams to optimize tooling and promote best practices that elevate team collaboration and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a scalable ML platform with custom and off-the-shelf tools

• Collaborate with ML teams to onboard and enhance platform capabilities

• Continuously optimize the platform for evolving research needs

• Advocate for technical standards and best practices

• Facilitate constructive dialogue among team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience with large distributed systems

• Full ML and software development lifecycle proficiency

• Ability to mentor peers and colleagues

• Experience with CI/CD and scalable code practices

• Knowledge of PyTorch, GCP, Docker, and more
