• Good years hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience
• Proficient in SOQL with ability to write complex queries for data validation
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, record types)
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud is highly preferred
• Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, ETL tools)

• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
• High degree of patience and persistence in troubleshooting data issues
• Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience migrating patient data in healthcare/pharmaceutical domains
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPEDA, PIPEDA)
• Exposure to Dataproc, Apache Spark, or similar big data tools
