In this entry-level role, you'll collaborate within a cross-functional POD to design and deliver features that are crucial for lending and credit processes. Working alongside Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, and analysts, you’ll have the opportunity to refine requirements and contribute to reliable, scalable solutions. You will be responsible for debugging and improving systems, while building knowledge of architecture and various development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end features in sprints

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Collaborate with teams for requirements and solutions

• Debug issues and apply engineering best practices

• Contribute to documentation and team knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 2-3 years relevant experience in software delivery

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages

• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and CI/CD

• Strong communication skills for technical concepts
