This Software Engineer II role allows you to report to the Sr Engineering Manager and lead new product initiatives. You will work on both backend algorithms and front-end usability, honing skills across multiple technology domains while enhancing the Affinity platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define the architecture for backend and frontend features
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams
• Implement AI tools for improved code quality
• Design and develop scalable database systems
• Create dynamic user interfaces using modern frameworks
Requirements:
• At least 3 years as a full-stack software engineer
• Proficient in Ruby, Postgre
SQL, React, and Type Script
• Strong understanding of database performance scaling
• Passionate about technical innovation and inclusion
• Eager to share diverse perspectives in team discussions
