Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the Confluent Cloud storage engine for scalability
• Drive execution of critical software projects to production
• Analyze root causes and resolve complex issues
• Improve operations across a multi-cloud technical stack
• Collaborate effectively with team members for shared success
Requirements:
• BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or related field
• 2+ years in cloud infrastructure or networking
• Strong foundation in distributed systems design
• Experience with large-scale systems in the Cloud
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, C/C++, Go or similar
