Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement software development strategies

• Partner closely with Product, Design, and QA leaders

• Scale AI tools and governance measures for software delivery

• Develop talent through performance management and coaching

• Ensure engineering excellence across all platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable

• At least 15 years in software products and platforms

• 8+ years of large engineering organization leadership

• Strong understanding of CI/CD and modern development practices

• Experience with technology stacks such as C#/.NET, React
