Senior Salesforce Solution Designer (Hybrid) Position Overview

Senior individual contributor role responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and innovative Salesforce solutions that directly align with enterprise business objectives. The designer serves as a strategic and technical leader with deep hands‑on expertise across Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, Flow, and enterprise integration frameworks. The role bridges business and technology by translating complex requirements into well‑architected solutions and guiding cross‑functional teams through delivery.

It operates at an enterprise level, ensuring alignment across systems, data, and technology in both cloud and hybrid environments.

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Design solutions leveraging Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, and Flow to deliver scalable, high‑performance applications.
• Define robust data models, security architecture, and sharing frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
• Architect complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise middleware tools such as Mule Soft.
• Establish and maintain architecture artifacts, design standards, and reusable frameworks.
• Serve as the technical authority guiding developers, admins, and QA teams in implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship in custom development and platform optimization.
• Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, influencing backlog prioritization and technical delivery strategy.
• Partner with business and senior stakeholders to shape solutions that are innovative, feasible, and aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Provide architectural insight into business cases, including feasibility, scalability, and risk considerations.
• Drive cross‑system integration to ensure a cohesive enterprise architecture.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize Salesforce platform capabilities using modern features and development frameworks.
• Research and prototype emerging technologies and Salesforce capabilities to enhance future‑state architecture.
• Champion continuous improvement through automation, reusable components, and improved development practices.
• Design secure, compliant Salesforce solutions aligned with regulatory requirements and enterprise risk frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate architectural and delivery risks proactively.
• Ensure all implementations meet enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Salesforce experience, including solution design, development, and architecture.
• Hands‑on expertise in Salesforce development technologies:
  Lightning, Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations.
• Proven expertise in system integrations using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and governance.
• Experience operating in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (strongly preferred).
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Mule Soft.
• Track record delivering complex, enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions utilizing LWC, Apex, and Flow.

Salary: $94,600.00 – $ per year. Position is salaried.
