In this role, you will guide the flow of work on the Agile Release Train, connecting engineering goals with business objectives. Your leadership will be pivotal in risk management and fostering a culture of collaboration while coaching teams on Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the Agile Release Train's work flow optimization
• Guide Agile events including PI Planning and ART Sync
• Ensure team goals align with organizational objectives
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices
• Communicate program status and risk updates
Requirements:
• Experience in leading large Agile programs
• Strong facilitation and planning skills
• Proven capabilities in managing program complexities
• Background in coaching Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
