In this position, you will spearhead the design and development of Loan IQ customizations, engage in reviewing code to align with banking standards, and troubleshoot complex issues.
Your role demands governance over architectural principles, focusing on seamless API integration and effective data management. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, you will translate requirements into actionable items and effectively manage offshore development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture design for Loan IQ systems
• Review technical designs for compliance with standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
• Manage communication between project managers and analysts
• Conduct team mentoring and performance evaluations
Requirements:
• Expertise in Java and Oracle Database
• Excellent communication abilities
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tooling
• Strong understanding of project timelines and delivery
• Experience in documentation creation for onboarding
