SWTCH is seeking a mid to senior level Software Engineer to help design and launch a pioneering fleet management solution. You will take ownership of the entire work process, collaborating closely with a dedicated product manager. Experience in Python and modern web frameworks is key, and we value your adaptability over your past tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop our fleet operations product end-to-end
• Implement APIs, UI, and handle deployment tasks
• Utilize AI tools in architecture, testing, and documentation
• Share insights on what works and what doesn’t with the team
• Collaborate closely with your product manager on customer-focused decisions
Requirements:
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Next.js or similar
• Solid understanding of backend services in production
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Skills in testing, logging, and documentation processes
