As an integral part of the Dayforce Product Development team, you will leverage your software development experience to improve our cloud-based human capital management platform. Collaborating closely with product owners and design experts, you'll contribute across all phases of the software lifecycle. Your skills in modern web technologies and SQL will shape solutions for time and attendance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance HCM solutions for diverse clients

• Engage in entire software lifecycle from design to support

• Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to team members

• Utilize CI/CD for efficient deployments in cloud systems

• Test features to ensure quality and performance

Requirements:

• 5 years of development experience in C#/.NET and SQL

• Practical knowledge of cloud technology (Azure/AWS)

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to obtain Canadian Protected B security clearance

• Experience with unit testing frameworks
