Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with over 12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC/FSV), and a strong background in Salesforce development and integration.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Utilize Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueables, Schedulables, Platform Events, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for development tasks.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (Mule Soft, Kafka), and Webhooks.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, including PDD, SDD, Integration Design Specs, and Data Mapping Documents.
• Manage Salesforce Dev Ops processes, including CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring optimized performance and handling large-volume records.
• Provide technical guidance and solution designs during project phases.

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Hands‑on expertise in Apex, LWC, and FSC/FSV data models.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops tools (Git, Azure Dev Ops, Copado, Gearset).
• Proficiency in data migration techniques and tools (ETL mappings, Bulk API, Data Loader).

• Experience with Flow Orchestration and FSC automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of workflow‑based logic and Process Builder to Flow migration.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
