• Over 8+ years of experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle and Microsoft .NET Framework technologies. Experience developing web-based B2B/B2C applications in a client/server environment.
• Proficiency in web development technologies: HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010.
• Expertise in database systems, including MS SQL 2005/2008/2012, and stored procedures.

• Operations (OPS) experience.

The Justice Technology Services - Digital Design Branch requires a senior Software Developer with ≥8 years of experience to build a modern digital information system and integrate it with internal and external applications.

• Provide application support.
• Support the testing team during system and UAT testing.
• Prepare deployment packages of code and instructions for builds in Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Participate in knowledge transfer.

• Over 8+ years of experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle and Microsoft .NET Framework technologies. Knowledge of developing web-based B2B/B2C applications in a client/server environment.

• Implementation experience with Microsoft Azure, including installation, configuration, customization, extension, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Development of web-based solutions and client-side JavaScript sitemap writing.
• Hands‑on development of web/Windows applications using C#, .NET Core, , SQL Server 2005/2008R2, and .NET Framework 4.0/5.0.
• Expertise in database systems, SQL, and stored procedures.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies: HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010.
• Experience configuring relationships between system and custom entities.
• Experience customizing forms using JavaScript.
• Technical design from client requirements and functional specifications, including effort estimation.
• Generation of entity relationship diagrams.
• Analytical, logical, and interpersonal skills; self‑motivated and fast learner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft IIS 7.0/8.0.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Languages & scripting: C#, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSL, XSLT.
• Frameworks: ASP.NET, MVC, AJAX, WPF, WCF, Windows & Web Services.
• Web server:
  Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0/8.0.

  Crystal Reports, Excel, SSRS.
• Development tools:

Covered as Incorporated rate: $87.38/hr - $104.86/hr (7.25 billable hours per day).

Covered as T4 rate: $69.90/hr - $83.88/hr (7.25 billable hours per day).

The higher end of the rate range is intended for candidates who meet all must-have requirements and most or all nice-to-have qualifications. Candidates will be evaluated on rate expectations and overall skill set.
