Take charge of our CRM and data-driven prospecting platform as a Senior Software Engineer in an AI-first role. Drive systems, processes, and workflows that enhance organizational efficiency.

In this role, you'll have ownership of architecture, delivering impactful solutions for business development, M&A, and portfolio teams. Your expertise in data integration and AI workflows will be critical to automating processes and ensuring data quality. Collaborate with leaders to address high-friction workflows and prototype solutions quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the unified system of record for timely outreach

• Automate multi-step workflows across various platforms

• Build two-way integrations with Salesforce and data providers

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software engineering with CRM platform experience

• Strong product sense in BD and M&A workflows

• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and AI integration
