As a Technical Co-Founder, you will lead product and engineering decisions that enhance the architecture and functionality of Bloom Lex’s AI systems. This role focuses on driving innovation in a validated startup environment, engaging in crucial partnerships with lawyers and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architecture standards for voice and workflow systems
• Create infrastructure enabling AI performance optimization
• Oversee cost-per-call economics while maintaining AI quality
• Act as the technical advocate to lawyers and partners
• Drive pilot projects to customer acquisition and team formation
Requirements:
• Experience in deploying LLM-powered systems in production
• Proficient in real-time voice AI and observability practices
• Background in building managed service platforms
• Ability to navigate product integrity discussions
• Preferred experience in legal, healthcare, or trust-sensitive industries
