GenAI Developer
Location:
Toronto ON
- Design and develop production‑grade GenAI solutions that combine LLM capabilities with robust Python‑based business logic.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, APIs, and backend services using Python.
- Architect hybrid AI systems (rules + models) to ensure reliability, interpretability, and performance.
- Integrate LLM frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index) to create intelligent workflows and applications.
- Implement embedding models and vector search systems for semantic retrieval and RAG‑based solutions.
- Apply strong prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance and output quality.
- Deploy and manage AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS preferred) with production best practices.
- Design end‑to‑end AI pipelines including ingestion, processing, inference, and monitoring.
- Optimize systems for latency, cost efficiency, and scalability in real‑world environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions.
- Evaluate and mitigate limitations, biases, and risks of LLMs, ensuring responsible AI usage.
- Continuously improve system performance through testing, monitoring, and iterative enhancements.
