In this 5-month role, you will be part of a high-performance environment at one of Canada’s Top 5 Banks. The position involves guiding software development and facilitating integration with external teams while mentoring junior engineers. You will participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the evolution of software architecture, implementing solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide day-to-day software development activities

• Support integration with external development teams

• Mentor junior engineers to enhance skill sets

• Participate in requirements meetings for effective designs

• Contribute maintainable code to a shared codebase

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience

• 3+ years of Java development expertise

• 1+ years of experience with GCP

• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
