Position: Vancity Azure Integration Engineer Role
Join Vancity as a Senior Integration Engineer working on the Interac e-Transfer modernization project. Focus on integrating Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies to enhance payment capabilities.

In this position, you will report to the Integration Tech Lead and support the transition to modern API standards.

Your role emphasizes the development of microservices and integration components to facilitate real-time payment processes. You'll ensure that services meet enterprise standards for reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement microservices with .NET/C# and Azure

• Develop detailed design documentation for APIs

• Create standardized integration libraries and templates

• Ensure secure API implementations using OAuth2 and OIDC

• Collaborate for seamless integration with external partners

Requirements:

• 8+ years in enterprise-level API development

• Strong background in .NET/C# and Azure services

• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems

• Experience in API security standards and practices

• Proficiency in CI/CD using Azure Dev Ops
