Software Developer; Senior – Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Government

About the Role

We are seeking two Senior Software Developers to support the modernization program of the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT). You will be part of an integrated delivery team working on enhancements to a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solution, implementing configurations, customizations, and integrations beyond an already-delivered MVP.

• Designing, developing, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
• Implementing integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise systems, and external applications
• Writing unit tested, maintainable, production‑ready code
• Supporting system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); resolving defects
• Participating in deployments and post‑go‑live stabilization
• Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge transfer

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, including Dynamics 365 CE
• Proven experience with configurations, customizations, and integrations in complex enterprise environments
• Experience in post‑MVP or enhancement‑driven delivery
• Experience working within structured governance and security frameworks
• Solid problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) in integration or data‑interaction contexts (strongly preferred)

• Dynamics 365 CE: forms, views, workflows, business rules, plug‑ins, security roles
• C#/.NET, JavaScript, Power Fx
• Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate
• API‑based and event‑driven integrations
• Azure integration and data platform concepts
• CI/CD, Dev Ops, and version control practices

• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O; data structures or integration touchpoints
• Experience in cross‑functional teams with internal staff and vendor resources
• Familiarity with Azure‑based hosting, data pipelines, and identity/security considerations
