This role offers you the chance to work on the Achievers platform's User Domain and HRIS integrations. You will leverage modern technologies like Python, Go, and Kubernetes. Your influence will shape system performance and align engineering efforts across teams while supporting junior engineers and diving into agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design mid-sized components for user data management
• Maintain and release platform services for user lifecycle
• Review peer code for quality and architectural standards
• Engage in solutions for data synchronization challenges
• Document systems and ensure adherence to best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Docker and cloud solutions
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams
