Position: WiSE Software Development Co-op 2026
Kickstart your software development career as a WiSE Developer Co-op in September 2026! This role, tailored for students, emphasizes collaboration and hands-on experience with coding and development processes.

This 4-month co-op, part of the WiSE (Women in STEM Excel) program, invites passionate students currently enrolled in Computer Science or Engineering programs. Engage in Agile ceremonies, collaborate closely with teams, and participate in tailored workshops to enhance your skills. Your journey includes learning front-end and back-end technologies and contributing to real software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and designers on software initiatives

• Participate in Daily Stand-ups and Sprint Planning ceremonies

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications and features

• Support API integration and troubleshoot technical issues

• Write clean and maintainable code adhering to best practices

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Co-op accredited program in Computer Science

• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Understanding of software development concepts and SDLC
