As a key member of the User Experience Platform, you will manage cross-cutting frontend concerns, architect robust templates, and drive complex projects from conception to execution. In this role, you will collaborate extensively with product teams to ensure consistently high-quality user experiences while addressing backend tasks. Your expertise in JavaScript, React, and modern development workflows will be crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own frontend components that support the Confluent Cloud UI

• Design and implement shared frameworks for user experience

• Collaborate on API standards and platform performance

• Drive technical enhancements for code quality and observability

• Work with engineering teams to ensure cohesive project execution

Requirements:

• Experience building and scaling frontend systems in production

• Proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script, React, HTML, and CSS

• Strong background with testing frameworks for code quality

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Semaphore CI

• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
