The position requires over five years of IT Software Engineering experience and a strong background in Salesforce Loyalty Management or Salesforce CRM. You will lead the development of solutions, enhancing APEX code, and managing business processes through triggers. The role involves collaborating with teammates and mentoring junior engineers to foster a strong pod culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance APEX code for Salesforce solutions
• Design triggers to manage business processes effectively
• Lead solution development in analytics aligned to IT objectives
• Collaborate in Agile frameworks to deliver timely project outcomes
• Provide hands-on support for system maintenance and configurations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in IT Software Engineering
• 2+ years in Salesforce Loyalty Management or CRM
• Expert in APEX, SOQL/SOSL, and Data Loader
• Experienced with Lightening LWC and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence for project tracking
