Overview
Insight Global is hiring for a Senior UI / Front-End Developer to join a highly skilled engineering team responsible for designing and building modern, scalable user interfaces for enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a front-end expert with deep multi-framework experience who can adapt across technologies and contribute to long-term UI architecture.

The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver responsive, high-quality user experiences. This role requires strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with hands-on experience across multiple front-end frameworks. The focus is on front-end excellence, adaptability, and enterprise-scale delivery, rather than specialization in a single framework.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact applications while contributing to best practices in UI development, testing, and performance across large systems.

Responsibilities

Work with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver responsive, high-quality user experiences.

Contribute to long-term UI architecture and cross-framework front-end solutions.

Develop scalable, reusable, and accessible UI components for enterprise applications.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable, accredited university

10+ years of enterprise-level UI development experience

Multi-framework front-end expertise across modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)

Advanced proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), Type Script, HTML5, and CSS3

Experience building scalable, reusable, and accessible UI components for large, complex applications

Hands-on experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs

Experience with React testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Testing Library, Cypress)

Proficiency using Git Hub (or equivalent) for version control, code reviews, and collaboration

Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards

Nice to Haves

Experience working with multiple UI frameworks in production environments (e.g., Angular + React + Vue)

Exposure to component libraries, design systems, or tools such as Storybook

Experience with modern build tools and front-end pipelines

Familiarity with cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG, WAI-ARIA)

Experience mentoring junior developers or leading front-end initiatives

Prior experience in financial services, enterprise SaaS, or large consumer platforms
