As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll blend research and engineering to create complex RL tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build RL tasks from ideation to iteration
• Own complex environments with technical challenges
• Evaluate coding agents' outputs critically

• Mentor newer engineers as the team grows
Requirements:
• Deep experience in software engineering with at least one specialty
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Extensive hands-on experience with coding agents
• Strong intuition for model behavior and design
• Proven track record of independent ownership
