Appian BPM Application Developer

We're looking for candidates with 8-10 years of experience in Appian BPM. In this role, you will design record-centric applications, support deployments, and mentor junior developers. You'll also engage in discussions with business stakeholders to create effective technical solutions, ensuring every application meets performance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications on Appian

• Design scalable applications following best practices

• Lead code reviews and design discussions

• Optimize app performance, security, and scalability

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant Appian BPM experience

• Proficient in developing process models and SAIL interfaces

• Experience in API integrations and deployment support

• Ability to lead collaborative efforts with various teams

• Knowledge of UAT processes and continuous improvement
