Position: Lead Mobile Developer at BIMM
BIMM is searching for a Lead Mobile Developer specializing in iOS, with expertise in Swift/SwiftUI and a keen interest in AI systems. This hybrid role requires collaboration at BIMM HQ two days a week in Toronto, or remote across Canada.

As a pivotal part of our engineering team, you will lead and mentor AI engineers in developing dynamic applications. You'll leverage your hands-on experience in Swift and Kotlin to create high-quality, production-grade mobile applications. You will ensure seamless interactions and decision-making for agentic systems, making impactful decisions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of mobile engineers

• Develop high-quality native applications for iOS and Android

• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Manage automated evaluation pipelines for agent outputs

• Stay updated with new mobile technologies and implement them

Requirements:

• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience in leadership roles

• Proficient in Swift, SwiftUI, and Kotlin

• Familiarity with mobile design patterns and testing frameworks

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to translate technical plans into business outcomes
