Insight Global is seeking a Frontend-focused Full Stack Developer to join one of the Big 5 Banks on a 12-month contract.
This role will be responsible for designing and scaling data-driven systems that power advanced analytics, machine learning, and strategic decision making.
You will be responsible for hands‑on development, defining technical direction and best practices in full stack development, cross‑collaboration, and driving execution of projects aligned with business goals.
We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Skills and Requirements- 5+ years of front end expertise in advanced react, up-to-date UI development (tailwind CSS and shadcn/UI), component design systems, and storybook
- 5+ years designing and developing micro services architecture
- Expertise in web technologies, cloud-native, and containerization/orchestration
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in data warehouses/lake houses/vector databases
- Good understanding of LLMs and RAG based applications
