Lead Software Engineer - Dynamics 365 Solutions

Reporting to the Technical Manager, this full-time position involves crafting and customizing solutions in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will lead business analysis, manage project life cycles, and ensure that client needs align with legal requirements. Mentorship of junior developers will also form a key part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead application design and business process analysis

• Develop clear business proposals and communication strategies

• Oversee application project life cycles and status reporting

• Manage troubleshooting for complex technical issues

• Implement and document complex solutions effectively

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• At least 7+ years of professional programming experience

• Expertise in .NET, Dynamics 365, and Azure Technologies

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Dev Ops

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
