• Technological Leadership:
  Be at the forefront of AI adoption, implementing GenAI strategies that redefine traditional development life cycles.
• Architectural Ownership:
  Influence the design of highly available, microservices-based systems for mission-critical operations.
• Modern Tooling:
  Work with a sophisticated stack including AWS cloud services, advanced Dev Ops tools, and the latest frontend libraries.
• Professional Mentorship:
  Play a key role in team development by coaching peers on emerging IT trends and AI-assisted insights.

• Full Stack Development:
  Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
• AI‑Assisted Engineering:
  Integrate GenAI and Git Hub Copilot into development workflows, leveraging AI for code generation, unit testing, and architectural insights.
• Microservices Architecture:
  Design and implement fault‑tolerant, highly available microservices-based systems.
• Cloud & Infrastructure:
  Investigate cloud migration strategies and manage cloud‑native environments (AWS), including RDS, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Dev Ops & CI/CD:
  Maintain Jenkins build environments and automated pipelines; administer Git repositories and promote Git workflow best practices.
• Data Modeling:
  Perform sophisticated data modeling based on complex business rules and functional requirements.
• Security & Compliance:
  Ensure all application components meet corporate security standards and AODA accessibility compliance.
• Team Leadership:
  Coach and mentor team members in both traditional and AI‑assisted development practices, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

• Java Mastery: 10+ years of experience in mission-critical Java web application development using JPA, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Frontend Proficiency: 5+ years of experience in Angular or React development, including Type Script, HTML5, and CSS

• Architecture: 5+ years of experience with microservices architecture and fault-tolerant system design.
• GenAI Integration:
  Proven experience integrating Git Hub Copilot into development life cycles, including internal codebase customization.
• Database
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong background in data modeling and relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Dev Ops Expertise:
  Hands‑on experience with Agile (Scrum), Jenkins, Git Workflow, and security scanning tools like Sonar Qube and Fortify.
• Test Automation:
  Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Jest, and Jasmine.
• Education:
  
  BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
