This position will harness your experience in developer tooling and backend or frontend technologies. Your leadership will guide both system architecture and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect scalable growth systems and infrastructure
• Partner with internal teams to enhance usability and performance
• Direct the development of reusable growth tools
• Improve operational efficiency and productivity through better tooling
• Influence product strategy with technical insights
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in professional software engineering
• Experience building high-scale platforms and reusable systems
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives with measurable results
• Familiarity with experimentation methods like A/B testing
• Strong mentorship and organizational alignment skills
