Full-Stack Engineer

Position: Full-Stack Engineer with Capital One

This position emphasizes backend development, platform engineering, and enhancing developer experience. Your 6+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript will be crucial as you engage with Agile teams to implement and support technical solutions. You'll also take part in mentoring others and exploring new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create applications using object-oriented design principles

• Implement a Test Driven Development methodology

• Mentor team members and advocate for technology best practices

• Work collaboratively within Agile teams

• Investigate new software tools and practices for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in application development

• Proficient in one or more programming languages:
JavaScript, Java, SQL, Python, or Go

• Demonstrated experience in Agile development environments

• Knowledge of AWS and microservices

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
