Position: 2026 Co-op Software Developer for Women
Embark on your software development journey as a WiSE Co-op starting September 2026! This role focuses on building technical skills through collaborative projects and unique learning experiences.

The WiSE (Women in STEM Excel) co-op program offers an immersive 4-month experience for students in Computer Science or Engineering. Participate in engaging onboarding activities and work within Agile frameworks to support both front-end and back-end development tasks. You'll be involved in code maintenance, troubleshooting, and API integration, gaining practical insights into software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning and Reviews

• Assist in developing and testing software applications

• Maintain components for web applications and backend services

• Troubleshoot issues and enhance code performance

• Write efficient code while engaging in code reviews

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Co-op accredited program related to Computer Science

• Keen interest in learning and applying new technologies

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Capable of working independently and within teams

• Familiarity with software development concepts and SDLC
