By leveraging your 8+ years of software engineering experience, you'll ensure impactful solutions are delivered quickly. You’ll partner with teams to identify challenges and prototype solutions to enhance effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model data entities with identity resolution techniques

• Stand up LLM agents for automated research and follow-ups

• Maintain integration between Salesforce and external sources

• Ship self-serve dashboards with clear SLAs

• Define and product ionize standards for scaling solutions

Requirements:

• Over 8 years in software engineering with CRM platforms

• Expertise in AI integration and data governance

• Deep experience with APIs and webhooks

• Ability to translate feedback into actionable roadmaps

• Bonus: experience with multi-channel orchestration
