At Achievers, you will play a pivotal role as a Senior Frontend Engineer. Your experience will support systems for automated service awards and personalized celebration cards while working closely with UI/UX designers. You’ll lead architectural decisions, mentor peers, and contribute to projects that celebrate employee milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable micro frontend architectures
• Integrate AI tools to enhance workflow and user experience
• Collaborate with product teams on meaningful feature development
• Conduct code reviews and improve CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:
• 5+ years of frontend software engineering experience
