* Job Description:

**** Main responsibilities will include:
*** Collaborating closely with PO, QE lead, and BSA to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for the development team
* Planning and documenting comprehensive technical specifications for features or system design, ensuring a clear roadmap for development and implementation
* Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills
* Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code.
* Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
* Ensuring that software quality standards are met by enforcing code standards, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing continuous improvement processes
* Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing technical skills, and driving innovation within the development team
** Key Requirements
*** Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Have 3+ years of solid full-stack experience in software development, including both frontend and backend.
* Have 3+ years of Core Java, Spring Boot, and Restful API software development experience
* Have 2+ years of software development experience in banking industry
* Possess good communication skills.
** CUSTOMER
* ** Develop new solutions as required for engineering programs and projects within assigned area
* Develop new features and perform unit / component test for new application development initiatives aligned to business needs and in accordance with technology architecture standards
* Support business enquiries and business activities through execution of small enhancements and break / fix implementations (e.g. source code changes) May also be responsible for peer code review.
* Work with technology partners to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
* Analyze the technical requirements to recommend pragmatic and sound engineering specific solutions for own area, may be involved in coding/story estimates
* Work with other stakeholders, internal technology partners to ensure engineering solutions meet technical direction, requirements, performance, time-to-market and innovation goals
* Monitor product life cycles, ensuring specifications and functionality support business objectives and engineering decisions, undertaking re-development where required
* Document and verify system components, applications, system infrastructure, security, integration, operability and engineering related architecture designs associated with a program or project
* Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements
